We've not seen as much as usual fall color due to the extreme dry spell we had from mid-July until the end of September. Then we were inundated with about 6" of rain over two weekends. That's not conducive to good color. But yesterday I found this spot north of where I live about 10 miles and this one little area had gold, oranges, a bright red maple and a plum-red color ash tree all together in one spot. So I grabbed both of the cameras I had with me and took a few shots. This is from one of my Nikons.
