This is in front of a local steakhouse preparing to re-open yesterday. In Illinois yesterday restaurants could re-open to outdoor dining only with proper social distancing and masks to be worn except when eating. Since March 17 restaurants in Illinois could do carryout or drive- through service only. There has been many restaurants close over the last 3 months including the legendary Ditka's. I thought this shot was a "sign of the times".
