Hoya is a genus of over 500 species of plants commonly known as waxflowers. They have leathery, fleshy or succulent leaves, with tube-shaped or bell-shaped flowers. Commonly found in subtropical areas world wide. They can also be found climbing the trees next to them in the wild. This one was in a hanging basket near an old staircase. I had never seen one before that I know of. My foofy for the first Friday of the new year.
