I've just recently found this amazing website and am very grateful for all the photos. I'm working my way through the whole collection, downloading those that I'd like to use on my desktop and screensaver, but since images are added daily, is it possible to search by date uploaded?

No .. Not at this time ... you CAN sort by date so that you are seeing the newest and working back to the oldest
The new images gallery represents roughly the last 2 or 3 months of uploads ... then you have the "permanent" galleries (all the galleries except NEW IMAGES)... which are separate and contain different images, some say the best images .. some disagree

ah, thanks. Sorting by date is good enough, that way I'll be able to distinguish what's new to me.
