Gosh Durn it .. the kid I hired to do page layout for me, had a hot date, and has left me here, high and dry, on print day .. just up, and out the door, with some dismissive hand gesture .. let me see if I still remember how to do this
1) .. Twenty-One Ways to Improve Your Photographs .. I enjoyed this .. if you enjoy it also, maybe you can find some way to say that without admitting to your friends that you think like me .. If nobody says they liked it, I'll just assume you couldn't find a way, because, what's not to like ... note:enlarging the text helps .. ctrl++ on Firefox)
2) .. Great Photographers on the Internet ... see how some of the greats faired in an online photo-critique environment .. (yes, this has been posted before .. what's your point?)
6) .. picnik.com .. Hey, another online image editor .. and look: "All this for free! Want more? Upgrade to Picnik Premium for only ... " .. you want more, they want more, it's a vicious circle
"Fingerprint"?? Great, now I gotta stop taken pictures of my willy!! How do you enlarge in PS anyway?? I accidentally did a motion blur and did that hurt!! 8~O
Remember, if you manipulate to much you'll go blind!!
The 21 points looks promising. I started to read it, but the small text was making me bug-eyed. I guess most of my images fall under the unmanipulated category. I thought it meant that you did absolutely nothing to the shot as it came from the camera. Those software programs look interesting. Thanks for the links.
The little trick wouldn't work in IE except for version 7. The font size in the CSS stylesheet file is specified in px (11px to be exact). IE doesn't play well with absolute sizing so it wouldn't allow you to increase the font size... just another reason why Firefox is far superior.
With IE 7 you'll be able to get more or less the same function by using the zoom (also activated by CTRL +) although that will just zoom in on the page and not increase the font size... it does work though.
