Trying to upload a new image today, cannot seem to complete the upload, I've done my voting duties, and still can't seem to successfully upload...anyone else having issues? Thanks-

We were close to running out of disk space where the uploaded images are initially stored. I moved some images off that area and now there is plenty. Try it now.

hello hello! i have the same problem, i do my voting and i try to upload the image, but the next page is just blank! can someone tell me what to do...?

even my weaknesses are stronger than i am...
I regularly delete poor or boring photo's from my gallery I call it sending them to the retirement home. Does that help to take up less disc space?

@Diane ... A bit of spring cleaning on the part of the members is not a bad thing Diane, as one progresses in their skill level in whichever genre of art being considered.
I wouldn't be too concerned on serving disk space for the site though, but thank you for your considerations. :o)
@Beatkat ... file size? Although there is no set formal limitations ... 10 Mb seems to be the magic number not to surpass in order to avoid being 'timed out' by the respective servers. And of course, smaller is better.
Png format preferrably, to maintain the integrity of your image more so and avoid any recompression issues with jpeg imagery.
@mary_kyr ... if you right click on your image and choose "Properties" ... that will tell you the size and kind of file. Just trying to eliminate the possibility of uploading; one ... an image that is too large ... and two, an incompatible format.
Post that information to this thread and we shall take it from there.

hello again :) i tried what you suggested, i resized the image and saved it in png format, but it still doesn't work...
