Go through the above steps, to check if you inadvertently 'misplaced' your Clone Tool.
I went there and finally figured it out somewhat. It had said go to FILE, Preferences, and then toolbars, well, my PSP did NOT have the toolbars in that window, after playing around a bit, I found it in another place. It all seems to be laid out different, I guess computers have a "mind" of their own somehow. Now the top third of my PSP is totally different then it was. Stuff is on there that wasn't there before. Its almost spooky..lol But maybe I just have to think it will be better eh?! Thanx for the info tho...I get pretty frustrated when things dont go the way I am used to. Sheesh...am I blonde or what??!! At least I did get the clone back..whew. V
I will uninstall and then reinstall the program to get back to the default settings. Last resort, though.
Also, watch how much disk space you have left on your hard drive and/or available memory (RAM).
Image editing programs can be quite taxing on pc or computer resources. Not enough available disk space and/or memory can make them a tad 'cranky' and temperamental, let's say.
