Trouble Viewing Caedes

I have already let Mr. Caedes know about this problem I've been having, but I wanted to see if anyone else might have some input on this. For the past 3 days, I can not view this site using my FireFox browser. I get the caedes message telling me that the site is down and for me to be patient while the gremlins work to fix it. So, then I started using my Internet Explorer browser to view the site. Once I got on to the site using IE, I noticed Caedes was online, and sent him a message about it. Before I could respond to him though, I went to check out my caedes control and got the same "site is down" message. Since then I have not been able to view the site on either browser and have resorted to using AOL *vomit* just to come to caedes.
I'm not having trouble viewing any other sites on either browser, just this one.
Anyone have any input or suggestions??

There's an emptiness inside her and she'd do anything to fill it in. Though it's red blood bleeding from her now, it's more like cold blue ice in her heart. She feels like kicking out all the windows and setting fire to this life. She could change everything about her using colors bold and bright, but all the colors mix together...to grey. ~*DaveMatthewsBand*~

Thanks, I tried that last night, it didn't help. Right now I'm on the site using IE at my job, so, clearly is has to be my computer, but it's just weird though how I can only view the site using AOL *vomit* (sorry I tend to vomit when AOL is involved).

Hi Kristin, I have had the same problem you are describing, but it only happens to me when I am on the site, switching from say, new images to discussion board etc. No matter what I do, I cannot get the site to reload or refresh. I have to close down my browser (IE 6.0 )and start from the beginning. :(

Hey mimi. I can view the site on IE now, but I'm not a fan of IE anymore and I try to use it as little as possible, and on FireFox, I can view the site now but, if I'm in the site and I click on the caedes logo to refresh the featured image, I get the site is down message. That seems to be the only time is happens for me now, we'll see what happens. Maybe you should send a message to Mr. Caedes about it. He appriciated my message, maybe there's some sort of bug?

This is obviously a Gatesian conspiracy to shut the site down!!!

not the site, the controversy right now is on firefox, my firefox is functioning fine here and always has.....tricky, try uninstalling firefox and reinstalling, you won't lose anything. the only warning is, never install any mozilla product without a uninstall of old product, otherwise you got problems. if you have old firefox, newer version may solve your woes, i have 1.0...

Ahhh booger, that may be my problem. Because I used to have FireFox, got rid of it, and just recently got it again. I might not have uninstalled it entirly the first time.

When you uninstall Firefox make sure you delete the Mozilla folder from Application Data. That should clean out all the old caches and custom settings. You might like to save the Bookmarks file elsewhere first for use with the new install.

There are three colours, Ten digits and seven notes, its what we do with them that’s important. Ruth Ross
