Many 'props' (with hugs) to our beloved eye in the sky, leader, & founder (aka *caedes).
I'm much grateful for all that you do for the site. Firstly, giving us members the opportunity to share our work (whether it's photography, abstract / fractals, CGI, or illustrations). Giving us the chance to comment, critique, & learn from one another. Also, getting input from the community as a whole on what changes they would like to see for the site ... very nice. Then the ongoing contests (polls) which leads to much more creativity ... I like this contest format very much.
... and much, much more.
Thank you *caedes.
Then more props (with more hugs) for the moderators. I'm thankful for you being there to help out ... whether it's answering a question, giving the members encouragement, keeping the site running smoothly, & much more.
Thank you one & all.
Then ... more hugs again to my fellow Caedesians ... I tend to give out lots of hugs during the holiday season to show my gratitude.
To everyone ... have a wonderful & safe holiday season.
What would we do without all of these talented people keeping up with this site? Mad props for the good job! Everyone have a great Thanksgiving and Christmas season!
What has impressed me about the site recently is how indefatigible it is! It keeps going; it keeps changing and trying to improve... Maybe there's a message in there for us as artists/photographers. ;-) Some of the staff must feel ready to tear their hair out at times, but they are still here and involved.
I'm very glad I joined this site -- I learn a lot of new things here, and feel like I belong.
"Serving the world with love and cooperation, you will find your own true Self. As you help those in need, selfishness will fall away, and without even noticing you will find your own fulfillment." ~~ Amma
So, in the spirit of this holiday..
How's about 'giving some props' and thanks to our 'beloved eye in the sky'; aka *caedes?
For technically maintaining the site that is an e-home to a lot of us.
Being open to and polling the membership, for suggestions and changes.
And for having the patience and wisdom, akin to that of Solomon, to deal with all us of miscreants?
I'll start us off..
Thank you.
Sincerely. :o)
