I am curious why this post was moved to the hall of shame.

Somebody brings a free set of photoshop plugins to the attention of artists that may find it of use and who may not have known of its availability and, not only do you not say: "hey, thanks for the heads-up", which is rude in itself, but you shame it.

There have been a LOT of spammers on lately, and certain posts may be automatically moved that contain links in them. I don't know anything, but that would be my guess.

Essentially, the formatting of your post (links, HTML tags, character divides, et al) does appear to be very spam-like.

And unfortunately, met it's fate with the Hall of Shame.
