Property in Turkey

I recently sold my parents' apartment in Boston and I live in Washington DC. The amount is decent and naturally the question immediately arises how to properly dispose of them. Today it is not profitable to keep money in banks, because inflation comes there and, of course, no interest can save you from it. My friend offered to buy an apartment in Turkey, for example in Alanya, which is rightfully considered the pearl of resorts. Advise a company that sells Turkish real estate?

You have found a good way out if you plan to invest in real estate. Moreover, Turkey is a resort country and there you can perfectly relax or even live in your own home. Alternatively, you can still rent out housing and thereby replenish your budget.

Of course, I also thought that real estate in Turkey will always be in trend. you can go on vacation with your family and the plus is that you dont have to pay for accommodation and you need to rest as much as you need. And in their free time, invite tourists to stay.

You should even be proud of such a friend of yours who gave you the right advice on buying a home in a resort town like Alanya https://hayatestate.com/en/katalog/f/currencies__eur/operations__prodazha/locations__alaniya,turtsiya/sort__new/types__villy He probably already knows those who bought real estate or bought it himself. The main thing is that he gives the right advice. Many US residents have even moved permanently to Turkey and others are doing business earning money by renting out their homes to numerous tourists.

Last summer I vacationed in Turkish Alanya for a couple of weeks with my daughter. She really liked the climate and nature. Very beautiful sea and golden sand. It was not easy for us to leave there, we didnt even want to do it. That's when I thought about buying an apartment or a house in Turkey so that I could be on the sea longer.

I can't specifically recommend a trading company to you as I don't have access to information about the different companies and their reputation. However, I want to advise you to go to professionals, you should pay attention to their reputation, experience and knowledge of local laws and procedures. It is also important to conduct a due diligence of the property you plan to buy and pay attention to its condition, year of construction, legality.
