Can't open Unsupported downloaded file

Help Me!!! I've downloaded several beautiful photos to my computer, but everytime I try to open one in any of the photo programs I have they tell me that the file format is unsupported. Can someone give me some names of some photo programs that will support this file format? I've tried several .jpg programs but no results.

Never Mind!!! I Figured it out!!! Instead of saving or making a background, I copied and pasted it to Paint and Saved. Now I can view them. They are beautiful. Just the kind of background I Love. My favorites are the Photo Landscapes. Thanks!!!!
