I think, not because I am a Belgian as Ppigeon to me he is one of the best photographers on Caedes.net, for he has a worlwide collection and he let usshare his travel and tracking pictures. Thanks very much Pierre.
Yes, it is a well established fact that he is probably the greatest contributor to the site seeing that he is placed first on the Author List. An excellent a very versatile photographer that deserves this recognition.... here here!! =D
I agree whole heartedly. He is a very talented photogragher and advisor. I have personally used most of his advice to improve my own images. I share these feelings with other contributors as well I see. It is nice to see a common bond such as this.
O Belgique, ô mère chérie,
A toi nos coeurs, à toi nos bras,
A toi notre sang, ô Patrie !
Nous le jurons tous, tu vivras !
Tu vivras toujours grande et belle
Et ton invincible unité

Le Roi, la Loi, la Liberté !
Le Roi, la Loi, la Liberté !
Et si j'ai oublié
De vous remercier,
Merci encore une fois!
Well... What can I say? I am not on this site to receive homages...
I don't think of being the best photographer present here. If you look at my photos, you will see that I always need light to express me. I can't take photos like 'Autumn leaf II' or 'Perfect Imperfection'. Yes, many of my photos are good, but not so artistic like 'Ice Stream'...
I learn each day by looking at your images and all the comments...
Here are my feelings. It is not easy to express them in a foreign language but I hope that you will understand... Thanks to all!
Some reflexions:
Joost: I'll take my revenge !!! ;-)
Mary: I would like to have your talent in computer art and your energy!
Matthew: Why do you upload so few images?
Lucy: Your works amaze me!
Darryl: Hooo, if everyone had your humour and your good mood...
Tracy: Où avez-vous appris cela ???
A bit late, but it'll still do... I pretty much agree with everything that was said above, you're a great photographer. Whens the next trip your going on so we could see some more great pictures? =)
This year, we save money to leave in 2005 to trek in Asia (Nepal or Dolpo) or CostaRica. Then, we will remain in Europe in 2004. We will trek in the Pyrenees (mountains between France and Spain) and visit Barcelona.
Thanks Tommy. No new journey in Europe for you?

Why so few images from me, eh? =) Well, because I have been at school without a camera for the past few months (I am on Christmas break now, going back next Monday). Other than that... I don't take the camera out enough... =)
Hey! Thanks Brett! There are many good people on this site and you are a part of it!
But you've to STOP now !!! :-)
If not, I will have a 'big neck' ('dikke nek' in het Vlaams - voor Joost!). Does this expression exist in English? -Avoir un 'gros cou' in French- Hahaha!
I agree with everything said here...you are an awesome photographer and person- - I wish I could meet you and others on this site, but unfortunately I live in Michigan and don't travel much... anyways... great job Pierre and keep it up! :-}
At times life is wicked and I just can't see the light, a silver lining sometimes isn't enough to make some wrongs seem right, whatever life brings, I've been through everything, and now I'm on my knees again but I know I must go on, although I hurt I must be strong, because inside I know that many feel this way... ~Creed~
