How long before signing up as a cadre member does it take to go into effect? I'm sure it's a manual function performed by a moderator, so I'm not expecting instantaneous...But my god man, it's been 15 minutes... I kid, been 15 hours. Just wondering what to expect...Dave the "Donatetorer" sounds mean...No?

Actually, the process is supposed to be totally automatic. It usually takes less than 5 minutes, however sometimes PayPal forgets to notify the website when a donation is made. I did it manually and it appears to have worked. Thanks for the donation. =)
