How do you do this? Capture screen shots in Windows? I've done it one time and for the life of me can't remember.

Hit the 'Print Screen' button, then paste it into paint or an different imaging program. See when you hit Print Screen it sends it to the 'Clipboard' so all you have to do is do ctrl-v.

Tracy, press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard. In photoshop, create a new layer CTRL -N and then press CTRL -V to paste the screen to the new layer.
