Voting Booth appreciation

I just thought I would throw this out there, kind of as a counterpoint to the threads I have seen to "don't make me vote on stuff I don't like".

I've kind of become attached to the voting booth. *hugs the curtain*

One of the things it has helped me with, is to create an appreciation for some of the art to be found here, that I would have other wise dismissed. As well as, put me into a frame of mind, where I would like to branch out and explore other areas as well.

Well done, and keep up the variety of work that we can appreciate here on Caedes.

Got to agree, love the odd oldy but goody it throws up that i'd never find by myself. Shame we have to view everything at 1027x768 though, but ican put up with that.......for now:)

Agreed, the voting booth does have some advantages.

There are three colours, Ten digits and seven notes, its what we do with them that’s important. Ruth Ross

I agree- I have absolutely no problem with the voting booth. I also see images in a different light that I may have otherwise just passed by. It makes it fair for everyone I believe.

Benroy: This was implemented after people complained about the long download times of the largest resolution images. As someone with dailup I can appreciate the difference the changes mad... believe me.

If you would like to view other resolutions of the image it's pretty easy. After you have voted on the image, you'll see a thumbnail of that image at the bottom of the voting booth. If you click on that you'll be taken to the image's page where you can comment and dl different resolutions.

Love it. I can view and vote on twenty images in ten minutes now that I use the voting booth, and some of my older images that received few votes are now getting votes which allows me to evaluate them better.
