Just scan the image and save it as a .jpeg (this should be the default setting for most scanners). You may have to use a piece of imaging software (Photoshop if you have it available to you) to adjust the resolution and make it a 4:3 ratio (ex: 1600x1200, 1024x768, 800x600, etc). After you have it the way you want it, save it then simply click on "Upload Images" from the bar on the left of the screen and follow the instructions.
