You can only vote on images coming up in the voting booth. But if you really like a image, you can comment on it (hopefully that won't be blocked also =p). The selective voting system was phased out recently - Advantages and Disadvantages of the two systems.

Hahahaha...well the bad news is....Buddy was put down on March 31st. at age 11..cat years..the good news is..I now have Jacob,10 weeks old to cheer me up...does that make me...cuddlejacob48?

Yes .. you can only vote in the voting booth .. the other voting system was vulnerable to the "friends and family" effect that caused ratings to skyrocket

not that I wouldn't mind some of that on my images now ..
