Is there any possibility that a feature could be enabled allowing users to select Constant Display (<< name suggestion) for the +show users online option? Occasionally I find that it'd be beneficial to see who's on without having to click on the drop-down list every time I refresh the page or navigate to another.

yes .. but selectable by the user .. add names to an interface on your "edit profile" page .. for example ..

#F .. would add your entire friends list
#M .. would add all image +Mods (possibly all staff)
#C .. would add all ::cadre .. if you found that usefull

but then you could also add individual names ..

having the whole list be different colors might not serve a useful purpose .. just a few highlights ... and doing this for all users might be a resource drain for the server

right now I use a colored highlighter pen on the glass of my monitor .. I hate it when they move around

But I'm logged in all the time and would show avaliable, even when I'm at work. And they cut me off with Caedes.net at work :~( To much playing they said, whadda they know!!

The only difference, then, is that it'd be easier to notice that you're on all the time...
