I think traffic is a theme that can be easily done by all. You don't need to stand on the highway for this. A photo of a train or a shot out of your car window (not while driving!) or an airplane will do. A traffic jam will be ideal too.

My idea this month is "Not What It Seems." Open to all genre; photo's from alternate angles - hiding its actual form, any abstract or surrealism from Apop or a 3D program, manipulations to alter the subject (see the many Trash Arts of Rob's [.rvdb] or anything your imagination can dream up. I think we can really come up with some great original pieces. -Mike

I'm proposing "Etherial." This would be something transparent, ghostlike or light and delicate. It may be quite challenging.

i like lightpainter's idea, i think one topic thats original if im not mistaken? its one that is challenging with a camera for those that prefer auto or presets on the camera, yet all genres can easily produce as well. if this topic is not pick it should be resubmitted!

I would think "take it or leave it " could be interpreted as "The Good, The Bad or The Ugly".

That's the impression I got Steve and there's plenty of so called bad and ugly near me, but I'm cynical that people here really would enjoy so called bad/ugly images. Assuming our interpretation is right, time will tell!

now how does one take a pic of thier town & leave all business names out? signs? ect... as seen on tv the COC states.
