Produce, create, photograph an image that conforms to one of the 'definitions' of camouflage below.
From wikipedia;
"Camouflage is the use of any combination of materials, coloration or illumination for concealment, either by making animals or objects hard to see (crypsis), or by disguising them as something else (mimesis). Examples include the leopard's spotted coat, the battledress of a modern soldier, and the leaf-mimic katydid's wings.
A third approach, motion dazzle, confuses the observer with a conspicuous pattern, making the object visible but momentarily harder to locate. The majority of camouflage methods aim for crypsis, often through a general resemblance to the background, high contrast disruptive coloration, eliminating shadow, and countershading."
Or..
"Camouflage is a method of avoiding detection by mimicking the surrounding environment."
(p.s. Tip of the hat to Russ; aka ryzst for this contest topic/theme.)
movieposters : horror - meaning posters for an imaginare movie, in this example in the horror genre. it doesnt have to have the look or feel of a blockbuster movieposter, that we see every day. It has have a title (and perhaps even a subtitle/slogan/catch frase) that is somehow connected to whatever the poster shows. I feel this is a subject which can be revisited (if it havnt allready..) and adjusted, simply by changing genre and maybe adding other subjects/demands to the contest
Splendor was my suggestion. Defined as magnificent or splendid appearance or magnificent features or qualities, I thought it was something that could be open to all genres and interpretations.
