jerseygurl: Congrats on taking 1st place in the contest Ewa - Well Deserved!!!!!!!!!
Nikoneer: Congrats, Ewa; it's a real beauty and romantic to boot.

casechaser: Beautiful fall picture, Ewa.
Pistos: The people are essential to this picture. Without them you would not realize the scale of the forest. The light area behind them brings them to the focus, along with the lines of the road and they are placed at the 2/3's mark both horizontally and vertically, which is ideal. This is one you can gaze at for a long time and still enjoy.

Nikoneer: Hannah, I saw this as a thumbnail and had to open it, thinking "Now that is unique, catching a frosty fall morning through a paned window", then realizing it was one of your computer illustrations. Most of the time I look at cgi here at Caedes and find textures or shapes within that my eyes cannot help but go immediately to, knowing and feeling it's not real. I know this is cgi because you told us, but my eyes are still wandering, thinking there has to be something here that feels "unreal"... they're still looking for it... still looking... still looking...
Happy Trails

Ramad: Congrats on your 3rd place.
Vickid: Amazing how the falling leaves add to this beautiful scene. Captured perfectly.
0930_23: I too like the sprinkling of leaves in the scene Count. The flow of the water and the ageless coloring of the rocks makes this a masterpiece.

Nikoneer: Aaaaahhhh, beech trees... like the copper beeches in the Sherlock Holmes story of the same name.

Starglow: A terrific capture of this gorgeous Fall scene.
bfrank: Congrats on fourth place Bob! It probably was a hard choice because there were so many wonderful entries.
