mesmerized: I am surprised there aren't any comments on this yet...I think you've done a fabulous job here...I almost feel like me and my little entry should go back to where we came from, lol...don't think you need it but good luck in the contest...I expect to see this one in the winners' circle.

Eubeen: Well this looks like another contest I won't be entering. Just how can I compete with this wonderfully done image? A great job manipulating the photo and a great entry. Best of luck in the contest.
palral: Beautiful work, Rob. I'm not sure how you created the poster "look", but it's very nifty. Wonderful bridge shot as well. Championship level manipulation by the king of manipulation. Perfect choice of colors as well.

third_eye: The "stamped/etched metal" feel to this is what I'd started out wanting to create when I began working on my entry. Wound up being something else though, but this style, for me, is the epitome of "art deco", especially in architectural terms. I'm just wondering if a bit more contrast might've given this more "texture"?
coram9: I think the image captures the essence of an Art Deco poster. Perhaps the font needs improving.
Marzena: For me nothing could ever be too simplistic - I do love simplicity ! And this is also quite art deco in style, very much indeed. Of course, I know you only too well that nothing will stop you from further experimenting and creation LOL
Just that you know that this is perfectly charming for me.

palral: That must be the toughest piano in the world to play. But think of the range of tones! From the comments above, I'm confused even more than usual. Some of the comments seem to indicate that this is a photo of a poster. I think that you created the entire scene. It's a beautifully created scene. I have no idea how you did this, but I think it's a winner.
