tigger3: Oh yes perfect for the contest John, the feeling of motion is superb in this shot.Tigs♥ =^..^=

photonut: Awesome shot John, great motion in it!

third_eye: I agree with Cat. For an even more dramatic framing, I'd crop even further in from the left, completely eliminating all but the train itself. This would leave an image of pure motion. The downside is that it might be a bit too abstract for some, and eliminate what some would feel to be a necessary context. Still and all, the shot itself is a cool capture. Nice job.

Stop Motion by Eubeen

Starglow: Super stop motion shot. Never mind you can't say much, it speaks for itself. Terrific work.

LynEve: Well done on your placement in the contest Wendell. A super image and very well deserved :)

palral: It's too dark, and what are those stupid looking white and red lines?

Seriously nice shot, Wendell. I'll assume that this was a hand held shot as your nickname is the Rock of Gibraltar. Actually here on Caedes you're known as that *^#@'ing #!%?&, but that's neither here nor there. However, I would say that everything else being equal, it is slightly more here than there although I would listen to arguments to the contrary.

I for one am sorry that you have run out of things to say. My years of experience and wisdom have indicated that words are like a heartbeat. In a given lifetime, there are only so many heartbeats. If you exercise a lot and have an accelerated heart ratet, you will die sooner than someone who sits on the couch and watches TV every day. As homo sapiens are just members of the animal kingdom, we are just like birds and reptiles. A tortoise has a slow heartbeat and can lives to be 150. Hummingbirds are usually around for a few years.

Words are the same. I knew this would happen because your narratives are so verbose. I told you and I warned you, but would you listen? Nope. And now you're paying the ultimate price. You are speechless. There's really only one thing that you can do now. Well, maybe two. One: Remain speechless. Two: Go online to Words4U.com. Right now they have a sale going on. One ear hair for 100 words. They also take kidneys and other organs for authors working on large books.

Good luck in the contest that you won't enter.
