Got this in a construction field that's been taken over by Mother Nature. A Developer wanted to build a bunch of houses back behind my house but luckily the field had vernal pools and the guy was denied. At first I didn’t look at this photo as anything special until I saw the focus he was in. Every ones comments on this and my previous posts are all very much appreciated, thanks.

You stole my thunder, Chris! I was just working on a black silhouetted butterfly last night! This is great!

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

A neat photograph with a strong artist influence. Macros are Your strength Chris.

Life's around said Phil the 35 millimetre cameraman. I recently went to the doctors, and said I've got icon fever, but he told me there was no cure for the disease.

Looks as if it could be a helicopter at first blush. I saw this and thought very highly of it when I first did :)O

Awesome shot. You can see the details of the dragonfly but yet, there's a little mystery with the silhouette. Very cool.
