I love the design was this done by PSP?

Thanks, first I draw the White Ghost Skull from my No Fear Cap in PhotoImpact freehand and then experimented with good Autoshapes for the Background and finished the Picture with Working on the Lightning and done some Effects with Eye Candy 4000.

PS: Someone knows what PSP means?

This is a superb picture except it's really hard to decipher what is in the middle. It kinda looks like skulls and I thought that is what made it really kick butt.

I agree with za4em9 about how the blue adds mystery. It's as if the blue symbolizes the mystery of death. The fading, white hand makes death (which I'm assuming the skull represents) seem to float around...Definitely a ten/ten and going in the favorites!!!!!
