Wow, great sky picture. And the water is all silver and grey. On Nantucket Island, off the coast of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, this kind of weather is called, "Luffin' up to Southard." :-)

I love the grays and lovely peach of this wonderful scene. The Bosphorus seems to lend itself to photography so well. I love this place. Please post more pictures of Istanbul.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

When I studied it full screen I could see what looks like a hint of a rainbow in the dark cloud part - it's a nice "moody" type of shot - I look forward to seeing more from you!

I downloaded this and autotuned the levels. The colors came out more and the contrast was stronger. If your camera has a "shady" whitebalance setting, pick that for this setting. It also looks like the picture is a tad bit out of focus. Were you using a tripod? With this type of lighting it will always make a difference.
Keep experimenting!
