I took this picture last weekend when I went with my friends for a picnic by a lake close to our campus...everyone was enjoying eating cakes and playing cards...and I was running here and there after this naughty dragonfly!!! :) AylA

I noticed this bright blue dragonfly upload has some complimentary blue flowers in the background as well. This was very well taken. Just close enough for comfort :)

Never seen such type before, those black wings are terrific,
BTW; I think it is a damselfly instead of a dragonfly, they are very similar, I know, see here for anatomy of both,
I love the frame, great colors and signs,

Congratulations Ayla on a 1st class macro.
I like the black wings, and reflective "party blue" body of the Dragonfly. The frame is smart, and professional but I hate it !!
