What could be more interesting than people and especially people doing what they love? I love the shot. I can see he is focused on what he is doing and has lots of his tools about withing reach. Wonderful carvings will come from his work. They are artisans. I love the shot.

Love all the implications of the title Ayla, it lifts the narrative of the image to a global level. Great art. I like the overall tan tones/light and the comp is perfect, enough of your subject for it clearly to be about him but with plenty of context to tell a story beyond just him.
