24 hours previous to this shot, this tulip went through a severe thunderstorm with high winds and hail. I was surprised to see it standing today, so had to take a shot of this survivor standing tall. Looking down inside you can see some evidence of what it went through. The shadow on the upper right is from the shed it stands next to.
