Oh my! This is exactly what i needed! How wonderful..I will try it later today...( Iloved this car then and love it now...wish he'd send it back to me LOL)....Thank you for a great tutorial...see? this is only ONE of the reasons I love caedes....its people like you and many others who make learning so much easier for us novices...thank yu thank yu !!!

Nice job on the car and nice tute. I have heard lots of people refer to the history brush, but have never tried it out before. Now, can I use it to erase the owner of this vehicle so it becomes rightfully mine??

Whoops! first ammendment:-
To change the default History states from 20 to 50 in point 1 it should be:

EDIT > PREFERENCES > GENERAL.....it should be the third box down...........

Keith - The history brush is not a toy, if you can't use it properly we'll have to take it off you.

This is a useful tutorial.

It is worth noting that you can have the same effect by adding a monochrome channel mixer as an adjustment layer and then painting in black using the brush tool for the areas you want to colour.
