I love your image Bernd. Those leaves look like they're floating in mid air, even full screen. Even better, it doesn't overwhelm one with a cast of thousands, so to speak, the simple elegance of your shot goes a really long way. It goes, in fact, on my monitor right now ! And just for the heck of it, I gave you a 10. Oh wait, you deserve it ! ( * slaps forehead * )

I do like this shot! Very much! Those leaves floating above the ones that have sunken...I don't know what it is about this shot...it definitely deserves a 10 and a spot in my favorites!

There is a scene from the original "Fantasia" with a scene in it that this shot reminded me of. The composition is very natural and seems to flow so freely, almost as if you have captured a spinninf motion of the leaves. Of course, tha colors are wonderful too. Perfect desktop material, thanks!

This is a nice image. Simple images that we see everyday are often forgotten. Glad that you could capture this. I love it. Job well done Bernie :)
