One bead at a time
I’d be tempted to use the dodge and burn tools to reduce the visibility of the background but not to eliminate it all together. And perhaps some fill light would soften the shadows. The composition and colours are good. To be honest it’s pretty darn good anyway.

beautiful, but strange. By this I mean that the flowerhead makes such a strong contrast with the background that it looks detached, almost floating. Very impressive!
