Sweet! I really like the "painting with light" effect you have in the wet streets, contrasted by the cold white snow surrounding it. I'm thinking this would be further dramaticized by tweaking it in "curves" just a bit. Great shot.

Now this is a cityscape with a lot of interest. The golden glow of the wet street and the road cutting an angle through the shot. A lot of us can relate to the snow. Oddly enough yours still looks clean and fresh, mine is full of sandy salty road grime.
