I know many of the members of this site are based in the US so could someone please help me because I have tried so many baseball web-sites and had no joy. I bought these cards in the US around 11 years ago but I have no idea who they are or if they may be worth a few dollars. So if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

Steve, I am not a baseball card collector (though in my youth, I did have a Mickey Mantle card). This I can tell you, these two players are two of the greats of all time. Frank Robinson and Willie Mays. WOW. Now, not being a collector, I am only guessing that the two cards shown above may not be financially worth as much as, say, their rookie cards, or even cards during their heyday. These cards appear to show them at a stage in their careers when they were older and probably near the end of their baseball playing days. Regardless of their value in money, I think you have two very valuable cards, if you are a baseball fan, with these two greats in your collection.

Steve, those are 1968 Topps Game Cards. The condition of the cards matters a lot, of course, but at Check Out My Cards, they're currently asking $12.50 for a Willie Mays card from that Topps series and $3.29 for a Frank Robinson card. At Baseball Cards, it's $19.95-$29.95 for Mays (no Robinson card available).

I don't know who's reliable in the business, but there are companies that provide free appraisals based on photos of cards e-mailed to them. The bottom link is to one such company in Minneapolis.

Nice presentation...

Don't have this card...but as long as everyone's got baseball legends on their minds, and are showing off...(LOL)
