Yes, another one of my photoshop liquified creations, this time I did use the smudge tool alot. I am trying to be come the "Liquified Queen". I hope one and all enjoy.
I think the broke nose and sad eye maybe makes people look the other way. Luv your overall detail and texture on the water..very cool & refreshing!! Maybe a more happy drunk expression would sell more to the peoples here...
