This is a picture of part of Peter the Great's winter palace in Saint Petersburg Russia. I was there on a missions trip this summer, and we visited several places in moscow, and saint petersburg, and a little town called, I believe, Oryol. It was alot of fun and a major growing experience for me, (Being my first time out side of the united states.) I hope y'all enjoy. Let me know what you think, any comments or criticisms. I originally had this picture alot taller, but I had to cut off the top and bottom and add the strips on the side so that it could fit on the site. Have a good day!

Beautifully captured! I love the colors, and way the light plays on the brick and tile. Excellent clarity and composition. Well done!

Very nice! Great colors and your angle is good too! Really like the angel statues & the architecture! Seems just a tad dark..maybe just a little bump up of contrast or brightness would help that. Nice capture!!

Very nice capture of this beautiful architecture and the detail is awesome. While it does seem just a bit dark, it is very well done and glad you shared it.

I know, it does seem dark. I tried my best though. The problem was that the sky is very washed out. The sun was setting at the time, but when the picture was brighter, the sky seemed whiter, and the details didn't seem as vibrant. I wish I could go back and take more pictures. It was so awesome. If I ever go back, I will bring 20 or 30 camera disks and probably fill every one up. : - ] Lots of neat stuff, and lots and lots of new sights and experiences!

It's a very lovely shot, somewhat spooky, even. Any Doctor Who fan would agree.

Macavity, Macavity, thoere's no one like mcavity, there never was a Cat of such deceitfulness and suavity. H always has an alibi, and one or two to spare: At whatever time the deed took place---Macavity wasn't there!
