Since my Photoshop version is in french, the different screen capture are also in french
I tried to translate as best as I could. and the rest, well... you'll have to do a bit of guessing.
I'm sorry that it's not more clear but until I find an english version of ps I can't do nothing else. Hope it still helps a little.

Thanks for this Cain, it is quite clear to me without having to read any of the text in the PS screen captures. I did find the layout a little confusing at first (mainly the positioning of steps 9, 10 & 11) but once I looked more carefully it became clearer.

Ahhh, a wizzard lets us see inside the lab. It all seems perfectly clear. I'll at least have to play with it (as she digs through unused photos)

Yeah cain i have the same problem as you, i have the dutch version of photoshop, but i foud an english menu of the layer styles, and they were in the same order as mine so i could write down which english layer style was the same as my dutch layer style =D

Cain you are easily the one person i look up to most in the graphic design world.
