The bridge crossing the outlet stream of a hydro electric powerhouse near Gibsons, BC. We were there for a site tour and I couldn't resist taking some extra pictures on the side...it's been forever since I last went photo-taking.

Oh I do like this very much, though, the bridge appears to be at a strange angle. I was hoping for a 90 degree pose. :P Only kidding...great shot, very beautiful

I really enjoy the lighting, it creates an almost soft effect on the trees. Great time lapse with the blurred river. Overall the contrast is excellent!

Great photo, hopefully you'll have the time/want to go out and take more!

Nice shot. The monochromatic effect works well.

Yes ... yes, you should get out more ... particularly if the results are this stunning.

Love ... love this one.

+favs for me.

The composition is but one standout element ... the choice of B & W? Most judicious on your part.

Hmm, looks like you did something to tone down the overexposed areas ... if you have Photoshop, try ... Image >> Adjustments >> Shadow/Highlight as another option.

But, ya know? I think this visual offering of yours has that 'something something' with the way you have presented it. Don't change a thing.

Thanks for sharing ... looking forward to seeing ... more. :o)

p.s. Ok, like a bad hangnail ... I'm still here. :oP

Just had the idea that in a wide screen format, the balance between the depth and darkness of the forested areas and the moving water would be enhanced IMHO.

As well as providing a wonderful and accented visual leading line from the left hand side of the image to the bridge. Just a thought.
