I know it's still a long time 'til Christmas, but we are getting into the spirit here at school with our annual "Christmas Lights" Concert so I thought it would be appropriate. This one is for all you College students out there that are dreaming of Christmas break.

I love when I see professional work. This is a great closeup shot and the idea goes right along with the holiday season approaching us. This is nice and crisp and just all around creative. Nice work from you.

This is a real "pro production piece", or what to call it. It could easily be printed in a commercial for candy in a magazine or something. The only thing I thought about some was that the nice, silvery part of the background that could be the ribbon or some kind of edge on a bag or something. The thing is just that... It makes me wonder what it is, but I think that is good. It makes one linger in the photo and makes the backdrop as appealing as the perfectly arranged candy in the front of the photo. I could imagine a different angle of the shot though, where that element of the shot was more integrated in the areas around the clearer plane of focussing. I'm not so sure that would make it better though. It was just a thought. :)
