Another shot from Los Angeles. Another shot trying to focus through the smog. I'm glad I found a few things of beauty hidden beneith the mess of the city.
"The artist is a receptacle for emotions that come from all over the place; from the sky, from the earth, from a scrap of paper, from a passing shape, from a spider’s web." Pablo Picasso
This almost doesn't look like LA. It kind of looks like it is from another land with those unusual trees on the shoreline and the shape of the top of the lighthouse. Good work snapping through the fog.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

For in and out, above, about, below,
'Tis nothing but a Magic Shadow-show,
Play'd in a Box whose Candle is the Sun,
Round which we Phantom Figures come and go.
From Edward Fitzgerald's Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam
