This picture was taken at the Cascades trail (about 20 minutes from Virginia Tech) on a Sunday afternoon. My favorite part of the 2 mile hike is the surprise that you get when taking the lower trail to the falls for the first time. It is a great sight.

I'm a sucker for that long-exposure work on waterfalls. On this one you exposed everythid well delivering a crisp image and the motion effect that we all like so much. Well done.

I have looked at all of the waterfalls photos on this site and this one is my favorite. I too love moving water and the double falls provides a wonderful feeling of being there and relaxing. Thanks for sharing it with everyone. Ruffy
