Now you have me curious as to how the image looked before you took things to the next creative level.
'Cause.. I am liking what I perceive to have been the base image.
With one caveat.
The tall object on the table that slightly obscures/blocks the view of the breakfast menu in the background.
Wait..
(*zooms in*)
Ahhh, ok.. I see it more clearly now. It's another breakfast menu in a stand on the table with, what I guess, might be sugars and other condiments.
Now.. if it was me?
I might have been tempted to move it some, such that it faced the camera directly. Mirroring the position of the breakfast menu on your table in the background.
Or, removed it altogether.
/\ Just some thoughts.
That said..
Shot at daylight?
Nice job on fooling my eyes into thinking it was dark or even nighttime.
I do like.. very much.. that you have some pure, gorgeous blacks in your photo here.
And I like your image overall as well. Good good creative experimentation.
Hahahaaha....happy to make you curious. I like & appreciate your comment...well this is more than just a comment. About your thoughts, I understand them...for me was right just it was ;)
