I love water and take lots of pictures of it, although not much comes out well so I think you have done a good job here. The contrast between the water and the rocks works well, although the rocks are not quite as in focus as they could be which would heighten this contrast.

What a difficult subject! I like the bubbles you've captured, and I like the composition. There is a touch of blowout, and maybe a polarizing filter would help there. Finally, the golden reflection at the top left of this pic puts a lovely counterbalance of peace over the rushing water. Good job!
