very nice shot! composition, focus, contrast are all there, and the colours are great. The tree on the left adds to the picture, because it's a point of non-linearality (I think that's a word...?)
Daniel,
This is a very pretty shot; you have captured the clouds exceptionally well, though it’s a shame jpeg compression messes around with the top part of the image. Its good to see you have used a nice long focal length, though consider increasing it further, in order to have the entire sky in sharp focus (though if your digital camera isn’t a SLR, this is difficult bordering on impossible!). If your camera isn’t a DSLR, then you deserve further commendation! Personally, it’s disappointing to see the buildings in the foreground; I prefer all natural scenery for these types of photos, but when there is such a small opportunity to catch a sunrise like this, what can you do!
Keep up the good work!
Cameron
It seems to me that what wears us down the most in life aren't the chances we take, but the chances we dont take, the dreams we put aside, the adventures we push away, the questions that are never answered
thnx for the comment.:).. well i have 3 pic's of that sunrise.. but i thought this 1 was the best cause it had ''light'' sky.. and dark houses on the bottom of the pic..
dslr slr doesn't say nothing to me:).. got a dig camera 5 megapixel or something.. that's all i know.:P
This is a very nice shot. The composition is excellent and you really get that "early morning" feel. Taking shots like these without a tripod is difficult so you did a great job.
