You certainly were in the right place at the right time on this one. How many times in life is a cat silouetted against an evening sky with a moon in proper allignment as well? Not many. This is a classic. There are only three colors in this composition but that is all that is needed. Well done.

I was looking at this again and noticed some elements i think you may be interested in: the curve of the cat mirrors those of the tiles and the arc of the moon and the space between the ears forms an arc just like that of the moon...... ; again the subconscoius is at work.you have a knack for this, as do all good photographers. Bad ones miss this quality.
