I have a hard time with this. Too many tire tracks to believe this is an empty desert.

Despite the tire tracks, i really like this photo :) That's a lot coming from me, considering i kinda hate deserts, lol. The sky could use a little brightening up though...

A little death makes life more meaningful
You certainly captured the barreness of this area. My dictionary defines desert as a vast, uncultivated and uninhabited sandy plain. I guess some people believe that to be a desert, it must be traversed only by camels.
