"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
In the thumbnail, it looks pretty interesting, but bringing it up full size, the center "sculpture" seems a bit messy. It'd appear that you have the transparency placed high which cuts out self-shadowing or you aren't using caustics or something. I'd rerender with some self shading... actually, adding volumetrics to the light might add a bit too. That way you could see the rays being cut by the sculpture. I might have also added a bump map to give some texture to the ground to break up it's smoothness a bit. Maybe adjust the camera position so the light source is further left and the sculpture further right so you can see some light reflection off the sculpture as well.
The piece has a nice flow and I like the color palette you used.
