I had this crazy idea since it was so bright outside, I took off my sunglasses and took the photo through my oakleys and this is what happened. the extra lens flare is dust on the lens of my glasses. (the Pier, White Rock, BC)

Your image, complete with frame is very good. The dust/lens flare works well in this case and the framing extends the warmth of the sunset. Nicely done!
