This started out as a photo of a bird. But it wasn't such a great photo. Not that it was a bad photo, it just wasn't great. So I played around with it and the next thing I knew I was staring at this image.

Well maybe not the next thing. Lets just say I did not like the next thing. That was just a boring photo of a bird dressed up in bright colours and lighting. So some more playing around took place. I think some layering was involved and the odd colour change here and there. This is the final outcome or at least the one that will be shown here.

Perfect title, Wendell, I can see the progression from bird photo to abstract which was described very well in your narrative. Are you sure those are eyes?
